I see some sizes in metrics. Does that mean you ship internationally?

We're glad you noticed, but we're not quite ready to ship internationally yet.  We're smoothing out the details about international shipping as you read this, so please subscribe and you'll be the first to know when we can ship directly to you!

Do you ship overnight?

Unfortunately, no, we do not provide overnight or next day shipping.  Some of our designs are individually created (on-demand) and we just can't speed through the process and skip on quality.  Please read the description and shipping details carefully for each item.

How do you handle refunds or returns?

Our 14-Day Return Policy

At BuddhaEd, we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you ample time to decide if the item you purchased meets your expectations. This means that from the day you receive your item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Initiating a Return

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at therealbuddhaed@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that were sent back to us without first requesting a return. To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure to contact us before sending the item back.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect the items. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain types of items that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom products, including special orders or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods, such as beauty products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item for return, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
